Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchange requests must be notified to Williams Bullion within 5 business days of receiving your order. Requests must be made by contacting our customer support team before returning any item.
Returned items must be:

Free from damage, markings, or handling that may affect resale
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product condition or packaging does not meet these requirements.
Exchanges

Market Price Adjustments
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to market price movements between the time of purchase and the time the return is processed. Any market losses incurred during this period may be deducted from the refund amount. Any market gains remain the property of Williams Bullion.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received by Williams Bullion.
