Returns and Exchanges
Return or exchange requests must be notified to Williams Bullion within 5 business days of receiving your order. All requests must be made by contacting our customer support team before returning any item. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
- Unused and unaltered, in exactly the condition received
- In original condition and original packaging
- Free from damage, markings or handling that may affect resale value
We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product condition or packaging does not meet these requirements.
Exchanges
Where approved, returns may be eligible for an exchange rather than a refund. If an equivalent replacement product is unavailable at the time of processing, Williams Bullion may, at its discretion, offer a refund instead.
Exchanges are subject to current stock availability and market conditions at the time of processing.
Market Price Adjustments
All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to market price movements between the time of purchase and the time the return is processed. This is standard practice in the bullion industry.
- Any market losses incurred between purchase and return processing may be deducted from the refund amount
- Any market gains that occur during this period remain the property of Williams Bullion
This policy reflects the nature of precious metals as live, market-priced assets. Please contact us promptly if you wish to request a return.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all circumstances
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until safely received and confirmed by Williams Bullion
We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured courier service when returning any item. Williams Bullion cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Right to Refuse
Williams Bullion reserves the right to refuse or delay the processing of returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
- Significant market volatility that makes processing a return commercially unviable
- Returned product quality or packaging that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
- Failure to notify us within the 5 business day window or to follow the required return process
In all cases, we will communicate clearly with you about the reason for any refusal or delay.
