Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via secure checkout. Bank transfer may be available for larger orders by arrangement.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Checkout uses secure encryption, and payment details are handled through secure payment infrastructure. Williams Bullion does not store full card numbers, CVV codes or PIN data.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Due to live bullion market pricing, orders may not always be cancellable once confirmed.

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. We may offer tiered pricing and custom quotes for larger orders. Contact us before placing a bulk order to discuss availability, pricing and shipping options.
Products & authenticity
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product is sourced from reputable suppliers and clearly specified by metal type, purity and weight.
What does .999 fine mean?
.999 fine means the metal is 99.9% pure. Some products in our range are .9999 fine, or 99.99% pure, and this is shown clearly on the product page.
How can I verify authenticity?
Every product page lists specifications including weight, purity and design markings. For recognised mint products, you can cross-reference these against the mint's published specifications.
Do you sell collectible coins?
Our focus is physical bullion for stacking and private ownership. Some pieces may appeal to collectors, but we do not price products based on speculative collectible value.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically dispatched from Christchurch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times vary by location and courier service — see our shipping page for details.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is sent to your email address once your order is dispatched from Christchurch.
Do you offer local pickup?
Visits to our Christchurch showroom at 124 Peterborough St are by appointment, seven days.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to live bullion market pricing, returns are limited once an order is confirmed. Products must be returned in original condition to be considered.

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it.
Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are considered case by case, taking product condition and current market factors into account. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Storage & general
How should I store physical metals?
Store bullion securely, such as in a personal safe or safety deposit box. Keeping pieces in original packaging can help maintain condition and presentation.
Do you offer storage services?
Not at this stage. Williams Bullion focuses on supplying physical metal for customers to hold directly.
Do you buy metals from customers?
