From order to door
- Order placed. You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase.
- Processing. Orders are verified, packaged securely and prepared for insured dispatch. Orders placed after the daily cut-off are processed the next business day.
- Dispatched. Your tracking number is emailed once your parcel leaves Christchurch.
- Delivered. Arrives by tracked courier. Signature may be required for higher-value orders.
