2026 Germania 1/2oz Copper Coin

For the first time, the Germania series arrives in copper. Released in the year of her coronation, the 2026 1/2oz copper coin sees the heroine begin her reign over a new metal, bringing Germania Mint's flagship design to the most accessible end of the metals range.

The obverse depicts Germania seated on her throne, sword and shield in hand, wearing a royal crown and accompanied by two ravens. The reverse carries the series' signature double-headed eagle, a symbol of strength and independence that has become the recognisable mark of the Germania Mint brand.

Struck in .999 fine copper to the same refined standard as the silver and gold releases, this coin gives collectors a natural way to expand the series and gives copper stackers a piece with genuine mint pedigree. Copper's role in modern industry gives the metal real economic significance, and few copper pieces carry artistry at this level.
